NEW COLOR SERIES UNVEILED AT STAMPEDE

This year at the Stampede Michael turned a lot of heads with his new color series.  Over the winter we decided it was time to get even more color into Michael’s art.  So we undertook ‘the great experiment’.  We bought every type of paint, dye, & chemical possible and applied it in various ways to different swatches of metal.  The result is a brilliant painted metal that still shows the characteristics of metal by reflecting light and showing the grinding marks.  It’s color soaked into the metal, not sitting on top.  The result is a lively picture that moves and changes with different lighting and angles.  Pictures just do not do these justice!
