NEW STATUE: TRACTION

Just in time for Stampede, Michael created Traction out of old chains welded together.  Traction was a labor of love all winter long as each link of chain had to be welded twice to create sufficient strength for each piece.  Then all the pieces were fitted together and welded into the classic shape of a rearing horse.  Up close Traction is a marvel to see.

Traction will be on display at the Calgary Stampede Western Art Show in the Western Oasis, BMO center on Stampede Grounds.
