The perspective series is a style that Michael created over a decade ago. He begins with a simple yet clever sketch of smooth lines. From there, he breaks the element down into pieces. These pieces are then cut from half inch thick steel. Each bar is hand sanded smooth to a high shine. He then welds the pieces together to create the final shape. From straight on you can see the original sketch yet at different angles it disassembles into abstract lines.   It's always interesting to hear what people see; is it a bear or a dolpine?  A rearing horse or group of salmon jumping out of the water?   The perspective statues are thought provoking, being both modern and classic.

*Shinned steel is powder coated clear to protect the metal from future rusting.
**Statues may go outdoors but will turn a golden tinge over 5yrs+
